Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies only to orders delivered within India.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Timelines
- Delhi NCR: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Other States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote/Out-of-Service Areas: Delivery timelines may be longer and will depend on the courier partner’s serviceability.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather conditions, festive seasons, strikes, etc.).
Delivery Locations
We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes via our trusted courier partners.
We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international destinations.
Delivery Charges
- Shipping costs depend on your delivery location and order value.
- Exact delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Occasionally, we may run free shipping promotions-please check our website banners/offers.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details.
- You can track your order via the courier partner’s website or by contacting our support team.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us at support@haritutradingprivatelimited.com
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times at the provided shipping address.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept:
- The parcel will be returned to us.
- For prepaid orders, re-shipping may be arranged at the customer’s cost. If the customer does not agree, the order value may be forfeited at the discretion of Haritu Trading Pvt Ltd.
- For COD orders, repeated delivery failures may result in restriction of COD service for future orders.
Our Courier Partners
We ship using reliable logistics providers including DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Shadowfax, India Post, and ATS. Courier selection depends on serviceability and location.
On Delivery
- Please inspect the package before accepting delivery.
- If the parcel is damaged, tampered, or incomplete:
- Either refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged” and contact our support team on the same day.
- Once the delivery is accepted without remarks, claims for damage/shortage may not be entertained.
Bank Holidays & Non-Working Days
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and public/bank holidays.
- Such orders will be processed the following business day.
